The following apply to the above meets only and apply to all participants

1. Only Pilots that have registered may fly.

2. Documents needed are:

            A. Pilots Licence

            B. Insurance Certificate

            C. Logbook

            D. Medical Certificate

            E. L O R Certificate

            F. Balloon registration Document, I R 4.

3. Only balloons registered may fly from the meet

4. Each Pilot is responsible for the safe operation of their balloon at all stages from inflation to landing.

5. Each Pilot must have up to date maps of the area being flown in.

6. Pilots must attend each briefing before flying. Failure to do so will result in no flying from that slot.

7. The N.W.B.A.C Committee reserve the right to refuse any pilot the right to fly from the meet.

8. Attendance may be limited at some meets; places will be allocated on a first come basis

9. A cheque for the full amount must be sent with each booking form. You will not be booked into the meet until the cheque is received, (unless no cheque is required.)

10. Club members will be reimbursed any booking / catering fee on registering at the meet. (Were applicable) No registration - No reimbursement.

11. If any club member turns up that has not booked in then food and or gas cannot be guaranteed for that member. (Where applicable)

12. We will try our best to accommodate late bookings from members, but if catering numbers cannot be changed then you may not get food. In this instance refunds for any food paid for will be reimbursed.

13. Where 104 gas cylinders are provided, these will be charge per used cylinder whether empty or not.

14. Non members are welcome if there is available space, upon payment in full which is non refundable. If food is required it must be booked at the same time at £5.00 per person, to be paid at the same time as the booking fee. (non refundable)

15. You must arrive with full tanks we will only replace gas used at that particular meet.

16. A member is deemed to have been a member for at least two months previous to the balloon meet(s) they wish to attend to be eligible for any free gas, food, camping etc.
