All Pilots must book in. You will not be allowed to fly until you have booked in please bring ALL your documents - see Rules.

There is free CAMPING. GAS TBA. A toilet will also be provided on site. Further details will be available soon. Please note that this year pilots WILL NOT be paid but food, and possibly gas will be free. The club will provide FOOD* & DRINKS.

There will be a £5.00 refundable deposit required PER PERSON, PER MEAL to cover catering (*Limit of 5 FREE meal tickets per balloon, per meal – extra ticket available at £5.00 per person, per meal – non-refundable)
