All Pilots must book in. You will not be allowed to fly until you have booked in please bring ALL your documents - see Rules.
Club Rules for Meets - flying & safety rules - apply.
Gas will be free for those balloons supporting the Public displays - free flying Saturday evening; tethering as negotitated; or Saturday night glow. Refuelling Friday/Saturday - bulk tanker. Last fill after night glow. No gas Sunday.

Camping is free and there is plenty of space next to the facilities.
Food is provided (subject to final arrangements) on Friday evening - in the Football Clubhouse; Saturday 'Afternoon Tea'; Saturday evening (TBA)
